A typical muddy field on a lovely Spring day with the light blue sky reflected in the tractor tracks

The lovely pastel colours of the clothing, the tranquil calm water and the light on the sea inspired me to paint this scene. But more than that, they are my great nieces Sienna & Millie, who were in Phoenix here, where there is a man-made lake. My niece loved the painting. so I sent it to her. They now live in Chesapeake, Virginia. So it is a nice memento for them.
